Happy Birthday Mr 7!!!
This guy
arrived in the world seven years ago today and totally changed our lives forever. Looking back I really cannot understand where the last seven years have gone, but now instead of that cute little bundle, I have something more like this:
and who is as full of mischief and mayhem that that photo hints at! He’s a great kid, one that I am really proud of – even if he does push all those buttons at various times.
We just had his parent teacher interview earlier in the week. I scheduled Hubby to attend as I get to catch up with the teacher all the time. Hubby was proud daddy as he came home to report that Mr 7 is meeting and exceeding expectations in all areas. He is enthusiastic about learning, is showing signs of deep interest in certain areas, is achieving great academically and is generally the kind of kid you’d expect. All very good and pleasing to hear.
Now, I better get on to icing the cake with that orange icing etc before he gets home.
